Alexander of

Malonne (d. March 9, 1156) - Bishop of Ploc k since 1129. Came from the land of todays Belgium, in the vicini ty of Liege. He arrived in the Polish together with his brother W alter, then ordained bishop of Wroclaw, which introduced the Poli sh relations. Together with his brother in Poland have carried out reforms of Pope Gregory VII, and also led expeditions to the pagan Prussians and participated in the struggle with Wladyslaw exile and held Boleslaw care curly.
